I think listening to this podcast their was things that came to mind my parents got divorced when I was 18 after that I had a chip on my shoulder thinking about that now I had not processed that situation but eventually I went for therapy and it helped me to unpack my emotions that I cut off so I guess I can say my shadow functions crept in but I had no concept about typology and shadow work back then once in a blue moon they’re would be an image of that traumatic event the very reason my parents divorced would cause that memory to revisit in my mind and I guess I have detached from that experience the only way for me to cope everyone copes differently and I guess my faith plays a big part in coping .
