30-Day Return Policy on Digital Products

We're a small, family-run company - just Joel, Antonia, and a few folks helping virtually. We genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase.

 

Our Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

This policy applies to digital programs in our catalog. Live events, webinars, Profiler Training, Profiler Coaching, and Personality Type Consultations have separate refund terms. Please see those program pages for details.

You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

For Printed Personality Type Journals

Because each journal is printed to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns on printed journals. If your journal arrives damaged or defective, please reach out and we'll make it right.

 

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
