ENTPs can get bored easily.

Of all types, ENTPs are the most focused on – and motivated by – possibilities.

Few things are as satisfying as blazing a new trail, often in both a literal and metaphoric sense.

When at their best they are extremely optimistic, often charismatic and inspiring.

When in love with a new concept or venture, people around them can get caught up in the excitement of what would otherwise seem to be an impossible idea. Around an effusive Exploration/Accuracy genius, anything seems possible.

Despite their energetic demeanor, they are rationalists at their core, and ideas more than people will ignite their passion. Almost without fail, it is some form of science (hard or soft) that will be their first love…

The Unacknowledged Struggles of the ENTP Personality Type

Do you often look for approval from others rather than follow your own conviction?

Most people want others to like them and appreciate what they do, but if ENTPs become too focused on what others think of them, they run the risk of not staying true to themselves and losing their integrity by presenting a false image to others.

ENTPs face plenty of other challenges too:

  • ENTPs can succumb to boredom very easily. This can present problems in both professional and emotional relationships. If they are prone to starting but only partially finishing projects, other people have to pick up the slack and they lose the credit for the work they did do.
  • When it comes to relationships, this boredom could lead to a wandering eye or worse. Some ENTPs may struggle to find meaningful relationships if they are more concerned with the thrill of the chase than getting to know a person on a deeper level.
  • ENTPs are fantastic when it comes to trying out new ideas and are natural entrepreneurs. However, once they've learned all there is to know about their new idea, they quickly lose interest and struggle to continue putting in the same amount of determination and effort. They are great at setting up new initiatives and projects but may lack the enthusiasm to deal with the day to day execution once they're up and running.
  • ENTPs are constantly on the lookout for new opportunities and others may question their loyalty. Seeking new experiences is fine, but abandoning old friends, work projects and relationships in pursuit of something different will eventually cause problems in both the ENTPs private and work life.
  • Accepting criticism can be difficult for ENTPs. Their natural need to be thought of as competent and capable is important, but they may not be able to take constructive criticism well if they see it as a slight on their abilities.

At Personality Hacker, we've worked with hundreds of ENTPs who have faced and overcome these challenges and others. And today, we want to help you do the same.

How ENTPs Win Big (or Lose Big) in Business, Romance, and LIFE

The first step to hacking your personality to achieve massive growth and success in all areas of your life is understanding it. Let's start with your four letters. What do they mean?

E — EXTRAVERTED

For you, the external world is the 'real world'. The real world for Introverted (I) types is the internal world.

N — INTUITIVE

You focus on meaning and pattern recognition. Sensing (S) types focus on what they observe with their 5+ senses.

T — THINKING

You make decisions using impersonal criteria like data and metrics. Feeler (F) types prioritize their feelings using personal criteria like human emotions and dynamics.

P — PERCEIVING

You prefer freedom in the world around you and create structure internally. Judging (J) types prefer structure around them to free your mind and thoughts.

You may already be familiar with the four letters above. Most personality tests, articles, and websites spend a lot of time focused on the behaviors ENTPs show the world.

When it comes to personality types this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Ready to go deeper - past your behaviors - to see HOW your mind is wired?

Inside the Mind of the ENTP: The Car Model™

Let's pretend your mind is a four passenger vehicle. These four 'passengers' represent four distinct mental processes which influence you the most.

DRIVER: Extraverted Intuition ("Exploration")

Finding connections between disparate things in the outside world. Pushing buttons and looking for patterns in the outside world. It is about exploring. Imagine there is six foot tall grass and you are there to blaze a trail with your machete. That is Exploration.

CO-PILOT: Introverted Thinking ("Accuracy")

Accuracy asks, What makes sense? Any situation where an ENTP feels disempowered to leave their mark or optimize something is going to be very frustrating.

3 YEAR OLD: Introverted Sensing ("Memory")

It can inspire you as an aspiration to want to change the infrastructural world. It is rare for an ENTP to not want to play a bigger game by disrupting the status quo.

10 YEAR OLD: Extraverted Feeling ("Harmony")

Harmony is all about making connections with other people. They try to find the most acceptable way of going about things in order to maintain whatever connections they do have.

Three Things You Can Do Today to Reach Epic Levels Of Growth

1. Develop Your Co-Pilot Function

First, starting today, you need to dedicate careful time and attention to developing your co-pilot function of Introverted Thinking ("Accuracy"). This is the #1 thing you can do to grow right now. Without a strong co-pilot, you're going to stay stuck in the same place with the same old challenges.

2. Manage Your 10 Year Old

Second, you need to become aware of your 10 Year Old Extraverted Feeling ("Harmony") and how it hijacks your personality, steering you away from where you actually want to go. Developing strategies for dealing with this, and getting yourself back on track is essential to success.

3. Honor Your 3 Year Old

Third, your 3 Year Old Introverted Sensing ("Memory") needs attention too. Learn how to give your 3 Year Old function what it needs to keep you safe, healthy, and on the right track. If you ignore your 3 Year Old it will find unhealthy ways to get your attention.

Now we've got some good news and bad news.

The good news is that some people naturally learn to do all three of these over a lifetime.

The bad news is that even for them this can take years and years of pain, frustration, and missed opportunities before they figure it out.

Fortunately at Personality Hacker, we have developed a shortcut. We've assisted hundreds of ENTPs in developing their personality. We want to work with you too.

Created By Two Personal Growth Teachers

Joel Mark Witt & Antonia Dodge

This Owners Manual is designed by two personal growth teachers who credit much of their own success to the techniques you're about to learn. They each bring their unique skills into this program.

As a teenager, Antonia Dodge began studying personality types to understand how people tick and learn how to connect and relate to others. The results changed her life and she was hooked. Years later, she's developed and co-developed over 10 personal growth programs, coaches others in how to understand their personality and find the right personal growth path tailored to them.

Joel Mark Witt is a digital media entrepreneur with over two decades of business experience. His life changed when he truly understood that his personality was wired to give back to the world in a big way. He immediately gave himself permission to be his authentic self - quit his day job - and helped build Personality Hacker into a growing movement.

In this Personality Development Owners Manual, Joel & Antonia show you the concrete structure and frameworks that power the mental wiring of your mind and the daily practices needed for personal growth.

A System Backed by Science and Research

Author, Former UCLA professor, and personality typology expert Dario Nardi, has been doing research on the neuroscience of personality. His work with EEG machines and brain wave scans have indicated that the once soft science of personality typology can actually be measured in brainwave activity.

What Others Are Saying:

"I didn't understand the meat and bones of the MBTI, that is, the cognitive functions. It is easy to read the stereotypical profiles on other websites and be completely misled into thinking that you are one type when you are really another. That is why I am so grateful for your very honest thoughts! I discovered that I truly am an ENTP!"

— Lauren

"I always wondered why I had such an ability of finding new information and integrating it into my worldview. Once I started acting on developing my Growth State, new worlds of possibility and opportunity opened up. It was like magic."

— Evan

"You have granted me a new level of understanding about myself and a new level of self acceptance that is practically life saving. Thank you for changing my life."

— Romi
