OMG – how many times I tried to use a day planner. In the 90’s they were the “thing” and I bought beautiful ones and then left them on my desk. At the end of the year I would look back and had a handful of sheets (days) filled out.
Incredible. I just laughed out loud in the gym while listening to this. Thank you. I used this exact tactic to get my wife and I here after many failed attempts. “Let’s just get dressed and arrive at the gym. That will be our success.” We arrived and of course it made sense to work out.
