    Lots of interesting info in this podcast. Thanks!
    I think your analysis of the 1950s template of marriage, which seemed to conclude that it might be fine for some couples, glossed over a host of problems, for society and also for individuals, that result from only men occupying positions of power in the world outside of the household. So whilst it might be easier to all be on the same page, The template had baked in flaws – it had to go.
