As an INFP (though I feel slighty uncertain, maybe ISFP)- I loved the comments on FP?? not needing tricks to access our feelings. I think coaches I have worked with in the past wasted time on “helping” me identify my feelings. That’s where I live! On the other hand, communicating on a deep level to another is not my strength.
