    In the first 5 minutes you voiced something I’ve been frustrated about for years! Free expression of Se is frowned upon! I love rollerblading in the street, doing somersaults in the swimming pool, swimming in tiny creeks, climbing up rocks… And I’ve started doing parkour with a teacher too!
    With some of these activities it feels like I have to hide to do it, because someone will end up telling me it’s not allowed. (I got a confused and disdainful look when I climbed up a street light pole.)
    Otherwise I don’t mind being ridiculous in front of strangers (falling while rollerblading…). Which is great for giving myself permission to keep having fun. Even though Se is my 4th I think I have enough practice to feel confident doing those activities spontaneously.
    Would be happy to connect with other people who have similar experiences :)
