I loved this series, thank you! As an ENFJ, the episode on cognitive regulation stroke particularly close to the work I have been doing and the work I still need to do, and your advice actually already have helped me deflate a few disregulations !
Regarding intuitive regulation, when listening, I was strinkingly reminded of what a lot of my friends (SJs) and a lot of young people are feeling : this despair regarding the future of our world, their inability to take a step back (metaphysically, historically, or a different perspective) from taking in all the news on (in the case of my friends) regarding the on going conflicts, depressing politics or ecological crisis. It takes all their optimism away and they can’t set a healthy limit. It stroke me as an example that you did not mention.
