We will create the space, set intention, and make sure you do not "let go" of anything important - only what is ready to rest and release.

Guided Release Through 4 Channels of Personality

Using four human channels (Body, Heart, Mind, Imagination), we will ask:

"What am I holding onto out of habit, muscle memory, or fear?"

You will be guided with reflection prompts and simple clearing practices.

Closing Reset (Take-Home Audio)

We will close with a guided grounding induction we create live. You will get a take-home 8-12 minute reset audio afterward, so you can press "reset" whenever your nervous system starts to spin or go quiet.
