Hi! INFJ preferences. Not to discount the previous comment, I wanted to add that I don’t necessarily feel like my self-care is at the bottom of the list. For me, it’s like my radar isn’t tuned to my feelings and motivations. I literally need to take time to journal through my thoughts and experiences in order to recognize my feelings. My wife will catch me in the middle of a strong emotion and ask what’s going on – I will struggle to answer, because I didn’t even recognize I was in a particular emotional pattern.
For me, it’s a struggle to be authentic, not because I feel like I can’t take time for myself, but because it doesn’t grab my attention.
Loved this mini series! Thanks for diving into the shadow functions and the Bebee model!

Joel, you are right, at least in my experience! When you posited that infj’s may experience their Fi and its needs continually moving to the bottom of the list, and shouted, “yes!” I find it so challenging to engage in more than basic self-care when there are other priorities. Now, what to do with that….
