Thank you so much for all you do. I’m finding so much of your work to be helpful in my personal growth journey. I am pretty sure I’m either an estp or an esfp. I’m getting thrown off because in my younger years and in my previous corporate roles, I used effectiveness quite often. I assumed I must be esfp and was using my 10yr old. I just find that I am constantly getting hung up on things people say that I think are wrong or don’t make sense with what they said before. I also like more evidence based information when making big decisions. However, I am terrible at retaining facts/stats and sometimes have a hard time articulating my thoughts into clear communication. I’ve tried to find as much as I can on both types but am still having a hard time. Both 10 year old functions make sense to me as well. Is there any more info on Ti vs Fi? I’d love to know what I should be working on in my co-pilot spot.

I am new to the world of personality theory. I took a personality test the other day, and my results showed that I was an ESTP. A friend who was on a self-discovery journey made me curious about my personality type and asked me to take this test.
Listening to Cherie, I had a lot of " Yass! " same thoughts running through my mind throughout the episode.
When I was in my 20s, and even now, in my early 30s, I was constantly told that I was cold or too blunt when voicing my thoughts or feelings. I have also been guilty of blowing up my relationships because I am bored and I hate being bored. (This hasn’t happened lately as I guess I have matured or learned to curve that need), but I do find myself constantly searching for something new.

Thanks for sharing, Cherie. This episode was super helpful.

Thank you for the work you do discussing these topics.
I love listening to your shows, that is why I return listening.
I hope you don’t mind, me reflecting over your conclusions. That is what you ask for after each show.

Everyone we chose for this series is extremely well versed in personality theory and many have discovered their best-fit type through self-discovery over some years. Cherie originally believed she had NT preferences but now is very certain her best-fit type is ESTP, and I have no reason to doubt her.
