This was a really insightful podcast for me, thank you. However not because of the intended purpose, but because you brought out some frameworks for entrepreneurship/organisations I hadn’t heard of before. I am familiar with the four types of leadership you mention in your business genius program (supporter, planner, decision maker and catalyst), which actually provided a lot of ahas for myself personally, and I would be really interested to hear a podcast that goes more in depth of organisational archetypes. Perhaps overlapping the models you already use. Thank you for an amazing podcast, I look forward to future listenings.
