    Stress is a normal part of life and our biology. But when stress hormones are too high for too long they lead to a myriad of challenges: physically, emotionally and mentally.

    In this workshop, we discuss the biggest stressors of different personality types and how to use your cognition to give your body, mind and soul a break.

    Workshop #2

    Self-care is often seen as getting enough sleep and taking a bubble bath every once in a while. But what one personality type needs may be different than other types. What is self-care for your personality type, and what are your self-care blind spots?


    In this workshop, we discuss obstacles to self-care and what your personality type needs to feel resourced (and how to persuade yourself to do it!).

    Workshop #3
    Optimism has been linked to happiness, success and greater physical health. People who are optimistic live longer, form better relationships and experience less stress. But in these times it's hard to remain optimistic. We may even sabotage it to avoid disappointment.

    In this workshop, we discuss what parts of your personality are keeping you from experiencing optimism, and how to maintain a positive attitude even when dealing with heavier emotions.
