We genuinely want you to love what you've purchased. If something isn't the right fit, we're here to help.

We're a small, family-run company - just Joel, Antonia, and a few folks helping virtually. We're not a faceless corporation, and we truly care about your experience with our programs.

Before You Request a Refund

Wrong Personality Type?

If your Owners Manual just doesn't feel right, we can exchange it for a different type. Just let us know on the form.

Want a Different Program?

We can exchange your purchase for another program of equal or lesser value.

Printed Personality Type Journals

Because each journal is printed to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns on printed journals. If your journal arrives damaged or defective, please reach out and we'll make it right.

How Refunds Work

  1. Fill out the refund form Tell us what you purchased and what you'd like us to do.
  2. We'll process your request Please allow up to 10 business days for our small team to respond.
  3. Refund posts to your account Once processed, expect 5–7 additional business days for your bank (international may take longer).
