Wow this episode came out the day I enrolled in a masters program and then I watched it the next day I signed a lease! Thank you for validating the hugeness of moving house as they are such a struggle for me. I am an entp so maybe thats inferior si but I also have the opposite problem that you mentioned about putting transitions off too long – I move around too often. That internal limit where you absolutely can’t do something another day, I reach that very early and so end up bouncing from thing to thing but now my resources (energy and financial) are so depleted I figure this is my last chance… What you said about lateral and vertical transitions explains a lot. I have changed city and subject area so many times but not the way I do these transitions. I always burn out and get the change itch before I’ve had a chance to really grow into the path. Personality life path sounds like exactly what I need right now but that is out of my budget at the moment. For those who can’t afford it or like you mentioned maybe aren’t listening to this while you are enrolling still, could you suggest some diy ways of finding it yourself? You mentioned a list of activities for each function. A preview of that for lower function users would really help as I think the lower stack users of each function are the ones that really need outside guidance. Also any advice for an entp who can’t commit to anything but really wants and needs to this time round? You were right in saying that constant transitions are not sustainable but changing into a person who can stick with a path and not constantly look for new ones is a huge transition in itself
