    This was so interesting. The way you described INFJ triggers, felt quite triggering, although I would not have described it as this previously. I would have said, it is quite hard to get a reaction from me, at least outwardly. Now I’m rethinking.

    This was really interesting, with lots of food for thought. I’m going to have to listen again and make notes. I found I relate to a few different things mentioned, though I’ll have to think some more about what’s actually triggering for me.

    I’d quite like to know more about ESxPs experiences with overthinking. I suppose all types overthink in different ways. In my case (INTJ, I think), I usually think so much I run out of time to act, or overcomplicate things that should be simple. When I’ve been told I think too much, it’s usually because I said something unexpected that almost never took much thought.

    Anyway, I’ve been listening for a while and thought I should finally post something and say thanks for the podcasts, they’ve been very helpful. Thanks.
