We'll create the space, set intention, and make sure you don't "let go" of anything important — only what's ready to rest and release.

Guided Release Through 4 Channels of Personality

Using four human channels (Body, Heart, Mind, Imagination), we'll ask:

"What am I holding onto out of habit, muscle memory, or fear?"

You'll be guided with reflection prompts and simple clearing practices.

Closing Reset (Take-Home Audio)

We'll close with a guided grounding induction we create live. You'll get a take-home 8–12 minute reset audio afterward, so you can press "reset" whenever your nervous system starts to spin or go quiet.
